Registration and Account Management
Each player is only allowed to hold one (1) active account on the jk8 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's name only. jk8 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit attempt via another person's account will be rejected and the funds returned.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals may be made once the KYC process has been successfully completed. jk8 processes withdrawal requests promptly, typically within the timeframes stated below:
- Local e-wallets: 15 – 30 minutes after approval
- Bank transfer: 1 – 3 hours on business days
- Crypto: 30 – 60 minutes depending on the network
The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum daily limit is RM 100,000 for standard accounts and higher for VIP members. All withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the original deposit method.
Jk8 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding certain limits for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect all parties.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
Jk8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the Promotions.
General principles applicable to all bonuses on the jk8 platform:
- Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per new player.
- Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
- Jk8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.

Account Closure and Termination
You may request account closure at any time by contacting the jk8 support team. Before closing, ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn, as balances will not be processed after a voluntary account closure.
Jk8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
- Providing false or misleading information during registration
- Found to be using multiple accounts
- Requests from relevant authorities
In the event of termination due to fraud or serious violations, jk8 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including pending withdrawals.
Limitation of Liability
Jk8 provides the gaming platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted stability due to technical factors beyond our control.
- jk8 is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions, device issues, or player connectivity problems.
- jk8 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
- jk8's maximum liability to any member is limited to the net deposit amount within the 30 days preceding the claim.
